Manuscript description
Few commentary and correction notes in the margins. Someone tested his pen on f.1a. The biographical entries start with ʿAbd al-Karīm b. Aḥmad b. ʿAbd al-ʿAzīz al-Tustarāwī, and end with Muḥammad b. Tammām b. Yaḥyā b. Abī al-Futūḥ b. Tamīm. Pages are numbered in Arabic numerals. Many places were left blank. Some folios are written by a different (and seemingly) inexperienced hand (e.g. f.10-f.12, f.139). The first flyleaf has the date: 16 December 1869 in French.

Ownership: Entered the Royal Library in 1836. Comes from the collection of Jean-Jacques Caussin de Perceval. The stamp of the royale bibliotheque on f.1a, f.147b,f.160b. Old Arabic ownership stamp on 159b.
