Information obtained from a paper titled ''Plagues, Epidemics and Pandemics in the Historical Works of Arab Scholars: Preventive Measures and the Lessons Learned'' written by Mahmoud Zaki (Manuscript Librarian, Qatar National Library) and Translated by Haggag Bachir (Arabic Content Editor, Qatar National Library). I have failed to find the manuscript in the Library's online and printed catalogs.
