First page and last page have notes attesting of the manuscript being bequeathed to the Azhar Library by Ḥusayn Jalāl Bāshā, and on the last page the name of his brother ʿAlī Jalāl al-Ḥasanī/al-Ḥusaynī is also written with the date 1337 / 1919-20 written underneath • Azhar stamp on f.1a .
