Manuscript description
An extract deals with the history of Damietta in a collection of works which also contains: Irshād al-ḥayārā fī al-Radd ʿalā al-Naṣārā of Dīrīnī; Kitāb fī Bayān Hal Tajūz an Ahl al-Dhimmah Yakūnū Umanāʾ ka-al-kitāba wa-al-jibāya am lā of Ibn al-Naqqāsh; and Naṣīḥah Malīḥah (A poem on the superiority of the Islamic faith) of an anonymous author. The title on f.20a mistakenly says '' ترجمة ثغر دمياط المحروس و ما وقع بها من عهد نوح عليه السلام الى آخر دولة الترك من كتاب العناصر لمجالس الملك الناصر''. Margins contain: few correction notes.
