No notes or corrections in the margins. Ornate headpiece which contains the ''basmala''. Ornate frontispiece which contains the author's name and the work's title. The last page also illuminated and contains a text which notifies the reader that this is the end of the book. Poetry verses are framed inside boxes. There is ink smudge in the upper part of the first folios. The wrong title ''al-Sulūk li-Maʿrifat Duwal al-Mulūk'' is written on f.2b.
