Manuscript description
Few notes and corrections in the margins. The handwriting at the end of the book (except of the last folio) is different than the handwriting at the beginning of the book. It is mentioned in the first page that the script of this copy is al-Ḥāfiẓ Ibn Rajab (who must be a different person than the famous scholar al-Ḥāfiẓ Ibn Rajab al-Ḥanbalī who died at the end of the eighth century AH) (f.1a). There is also unclear note which might contain the name of ʿAbd al-Qādir b. Muḥammad al-Ḥanbalī (f.1a). The folio f.1a has a note which says that this manuscript consists of 33 quires. The first folio has the date: 26 August 1874 written in Latin.
