Almost clean margins (except of completion of the text in the margins and Latin note on f.32a). The first folio has the date: 20 January 1873 written in Latin. The manuscript is both foliated and paginated (Arabic numbers). The ink in the last folios are smudged

Ownership statement states that the book has been legally bought (بالاشترا الشرعي from Muṣtafa al-Kutubī in the year of 1067 AH (f.2a )). Two unknown stamps in f.2a and f. 630.
