Manuscript description
Luxurious manuscript. Not extensive us of the margins which contain correction notes. Completion of the main text in the margins. The topics discussed in the main text are highlighted in the margins. Ornate frontispiece which contains the book's title on the upper cartouche and the name of the author (written by a more modern hand) in a central rosette. There is an index of the names of the kings mentioned in this volume (f.259). The first flyleaf has the date: 18 January 1873 written in French.

Ownership statement of [Fayḍ-allah?] (f.1a). The last folio has the name of the seller of the manuscript (Muḥammad b. Nūrūz ''Ṣihr al-Mihtār'') who sold it for ''5 Asharafīya'' in the 13th of Ramaḍān (878 or 978 AH).f.259b.
