Tuḥfat al-Kirām bi-Akhbār al-Balad al-Ḥarām

The title contains a long praise for the author, and the copyist says that he found these praise on the author’s copy written by the late al-Ḥāfiẓ Walī al-Dīn Abī Zarʿah al-Ḥāfiẓ al-ʿallāmah Zayn al-Dīn al-ʿIrāqī (f.107a). f.145b is empty. Few correction notes and completion of the sentences in the margins. In a collection of works which also contains: 1- Kitāb muhiīr al-gharām ilā ziyārat al-Quds wa-l-Shām of Abū Ḥāmid al-Qudsī. 2- Kitāb muthīr al-gharām li-ziyārat al-Khalīl of Abū Isḥāq al-Khalīlī. 3- Awrād al-ayyām wa faʿāʾil al-āyāt wa-l-ṣalawāt. 4- Adʿiyat al-ayyām al-sabʿa al-marwiya ʿan Mūsā b. Jaʿfar. There are several notes which mentions that the manuscript was reviewed. There is a note on the genealogy of al-Shāfiʿī (f.223a), a note about the anniyal meeting between al-Khiḍr amd Ilyās (f.223a), a note mentions the death of the emir Ḥabīb b. Jān Bulāṭ al-Kurdī in 1005 AH (f.223b), and a note about the death date (in Shaʿbān 1034 AH) and the funeral of ʿUmar b. ʿAbd al-Wahhāb al-ʿUrḍī al-Shāfiʿī al-Qādirī (f222b). There is poetry written by Muḥammad Taqī al-Dīn al-Ḥusaynī in 1005 AH (f.223b). f.1a has a question posed by certain Muḥammad al-Ḥanbalī to the Qāḍī ʿĀlāʾ al-Dīn about the permissibility of drinking coffee.
