The copyist started the manuscript by writing “bi-ism al-ʾāb wa-l-ibn wa-l-rūḥ al-qudus”. However, someone crossed over it and wrote instead ''bi-Ism allāh al-raḥmān al-raḥīm'' in pencil. Some (Greek?) words are written in the first page.
