Digital copy consulted. Writing surface framed by 2 red lines. Clean copy. Note on f.59a contains a dedication of al-Ḥāj Amīn b. al-marḥūm al-Ḥāj Ḥasan al-Dīrmāwī to the soul of his late wife ʿĀʾisha Jarkas the manumitted slave (i.e. maʿtūqat) al-marḥūm Khālid Bek. Waqf statement on f.81a:
وقف و حبس و سبل و تصدق لله تعالى هذا الكتاب على طلبة العلم بالأزهر و جعل مقره رواق السادات الأتراك بالأزهر الحاج أحمد أفندي بن المرحوم حسن (الديرماوي؟) (تابع؟) المرحوم محمد بيه رفته ار مصر سابق الى روح زوجته المرحومة الست عايشة؟ جركس (معتوقة؟)المرحوم خالد بيك وقفا صحيحا شرعيا مرضيا لا يباع و لا يورث و لا يرهن و لا يوهب فمن بدل أو غير سعى في تعطيلها او صنع كتابا منه فجزاؤه على الله و حسبنا الله و نعم الوكيل. و شرط التولية و النظر لمن يكون شيخا على الرواق المذكور و ان يعمل فيها بتقوى الله و الله يحب المحسنين فمن بدل بعد ما سمعه فانما اثمه على الذين يبدلونه ان الله سميع عليم تحريرا في يوم الاثنين المبارك ثمانية شعبان سنة 1264.
