Manuscript description
Almost clean margins: few correction notes. In a few instances, the text is completed in the margins. The foilio f.1b has an ornate title frame executed in gold and blue. The upper cartouch has a part of the title Kitāb Tuḥfat al-Kirām b-Akhbār, while the rest of the title is written in central medallion al-Balad al-Ḥarām Mukhtaṣar Shifāʾ al-Gharām Taʾlīf al-Ḥāfiẓ al-ʿAllāmah al-Sharīf Muḥammad al-Fāsī. F. 1a has this line in the margins:
'' رسمه الشريف العالم الشيخ محمد ال''.

Colophon says that the script has copied this manuscript from the author’s autograph in 836 AH . There is an unclear note at the end which suggests that this manuscript was written by (its author?) ʿAbd al-ʿAzīz b. Fahd (“Muʾallifuhu”) right after the death of al-Sulṭān al-Ashraf (Barsbāy??).
