Dark brown leather with central medallion (decorated with geometrical shape by gold-tooling technique), and decorated envelope flap tucked under the upper cover. The inside of the cover is also leather decorated by frame and vegetal shapes.
Manuscript description
Almost clean margins contain. Completion of the main text in the margins. The title on f.1a is written in a descended triangle form in black ink and the tashkil is in red. Tashkil marks are consistently written throughout the manuscript in red. There is information on f.ib about the different Zodiac signs of each season and short poetry which describes the start date of Coptic months according to the Gregorian calendar. The Catch-title is written on the edges of the work.
