Manuscript description
The folio f.1a has an illuminated rectangular panel executed in gold, brown, light-blue, luminous orange, and dark blue which has an upper cartouche that contains the title of the book, and a central rosette (surrounded by four center-pieces) which contains the author’s name. There is roundel to the left of the titelpiece, and light-blue and gold decoration above it. Not very extensive use of the margins contain: few correction notes; few commentary notes, and announcements of the topics discussed in the main text. Sometimes, the sentences in the main text are completed in the margins. There are some blank spaces in the main text. The mistara is clear in the entire manuscript. There are two poetry verses on an empty folio at the end of the manuscript.
