Manuscript description
Illuminated manuscript. Ornate frontispiece: frame 125 x 85 mm in gold and blue; the upper band with a cartouche which bears the volume number and title of the book (while the middle Cartouche is not clear). There is also a titlepiece which contains the basmala. Arabic poetry is written in the first couple of folios. Minor notes and corrections in the margins (some are framed by a box). The name of Shams al-Dīn al-Ramlī appears in the margins of the last page with a poetry written by him or dedicated to him. Numbering: Indo-Arabic numbering in Ink and pencil (staring from f.30 there is a discrepancy between the two numbering styles). The first two folios are not clear.
