Manuscript description
Almost no notes in the margins. The manuscript is written by at least two different scribes. The script of the manuscript mentions that he copied this work from the book's copy in al-Ashrafiya library in Mecca which has been bought by Qanṣūh al-Ashqar. The script also apologized for the bad quality of the ink and papers in Egyptian colloquial (Inna al-ḥibr wiḥish) f.488b. The first folio has the date: 23 January 1873 written in Latin.
- Ownership Statement
The script of the manuscript mentions that he copied this work from the book's copy in al-Ashrafiya library in Mecca which has been bought by Qanṣūh al-Ashqar. The script also apologized for the bad quality of the ink and papers. Ownership statement of the ''land surveyor of al-Buḥayrah'' states that the book has been legally bought.from Muṣtafa al-Kutubī in the year of 1065 AH (f.1a). Ownership statement of Muḥammad b.
