(Case-binding) crimson leather with a flap tucked under the upper cover, and full-cover decoration (frame, carved mandorla and two pendants, and drawn corner pieces)
Manuscript description
The first folio has a very elaborately executed title page in gold, blue, and red, with the catch-title written on the top cartouche on the top of the frame and a central piece bearing the author’s name. F.1b has an ornate title-piece bears a basmala. Almost clean Margins which contain few correction notes. There is Arabic writing on f.1a says 500 (followed by the Arabic letter Qāf) which might be the price of the manuscript.
