The binding is modern and in rather bad state.
Manuscript description
Manuscript executed by two different copyists, change at f.102 from which point the manuscript is also fully vocalised until the end. Correction notes and text section markers in the margins. Table of contents on flyleaf (recto) preceding the text. After the colophon there follow two pages (208b-209a) with two unrelated biographical entries and epigrams by amongst other Ibn Ḥajar al-ʿAsqalānī and al-Suyūṭī. Title page renders the title two times in calligraphy (black ink) and contains The verso of the flyleaf contains some poetry and a note dated to 1093/1682.
- Ownership Statement
several ownership notes: one by a certain ʿAbd al-Qādir b. Muḥammad b. al-Talʿarānī al-Ḥalabī, and then two by the related agents ʿAbd al-Salām al-Hāshimī al-Tabarūnī (?) and Muḥammad Khiḍr al-Ḥusaynī b. Muḥammad b. ʿUmar al-ʿArḍī (?) who names himself the maternal nephew of the former (sibṭ al-Tabarūnī). A fourth note is mostly effaced and unreadable. This page also contains a seal of Taymūr.
