Dark brown leather with full-cover decoration (decorated with a central stamped turanj, pendants, and a frame with four corner-pieces), and decorated envelope flap tucked under the upper cover. The inside of the cover is also leather decorated by frame and vegetal shapes.
Manuscript description
Paper folding: Folio. Margins contain: few commentary notes. The diacritic marks (tashkīl) is consistently written throughout the manuscript. The copyist kept the visualization of the Uygur letters (f.168b) and the chess board (f.163b) which are omitted in many other copies of the manuscript. The Catch-title is written on the edges of the work.
