decorated cardboard with flowers and vegetal shapes and decorated envelope flap tucked under the upper cover. The inside covers are bright pink attached to the first and last folios of the codex. The call number is written on the edges of the manuscript.

The text is framed by golden and blue lines in folios f.2b, f.3a, f.218b, and f.219a. However, the text in the folio f.2b extends outside the mistara and the lines are extended to include the text ( and so is the case for f.219b but to a much lesser extent). Margins contain: several commentary notes, correction notes, and highlighting the topics discussed in the main text. The folio f.2a has well-illuminated titelpiece executed in gold, green, luminous orange, and blue which has the title of the book written on the upper part, and the author’s name written on the lower part.

- Ownership Statement
An ownership stamp (most probably of Sultan Ahmet) (f.1b). Old TKSM stamp on a flyleaf which also contains the title. TKSM stamp on f.2a. Ownership statement of Muḥammad Aḥmad ʾĪnāl al-ʿAlāʾī al-Dawadār on f.2a. There is also a central rosette in it which contains the following ex-libris inscription “كتب برسم خزانة الجناب العالي الناصري سيدي محمد بن الجناب المرحوم الشهابي سيدي أحمد بن المرحوم السيفي اينال العلاي الداوادار الحنفي”. The folio f.219a also has an ex-libris inscription which reads “ كتب برسم الجناب العالي الناصري سيدي محمد بن الجناب المرحوم الشهابي سيدي أحمد بن المرحوم السيفي اينال العلاي الداوادار الحنفي عامله الله و والديه و المسلمين بلطفه الخفي انه على ذلك قدير و بالاجابة جدير
