وفي ثاني عشرينه: أنزل بالهروي مع معتقله بالبرج، مع الأمير التاج إلى المدرسة الصالحية بين
القصرين، وقد اجتمع قضاة القضاة الثلاث عند شيخ الإسلام قاضي القضاة جلال الدين البلقيني
بقاعته منها، فأوقف الهروي تحت حافة الإيوان، وادعي الأمير التاج عليه عند الشيخ شهاب الدين أحمد
بن حجر - بحضرة القضاة - بما ثبت عليه عنده في مجلس السلطان، فأجاب بأن ما ثبت عليه قد أدى
بعضه، وأنه يحمل باقيه قليلاً قليلاً، فطلب التاج حكم الله فيه، فأمر بسجنه، حتى يودي ما عليه، فأخرج
به إلى قبة الصالح فسجن بها، ووكل به جماعة يحفظونه. فأقام إلى ثامن عشرينه، ونقل من القبة إلى
قلعه الجبل من كثرة شكواه، بأنه يمر به من سب الناس ولعنهم له، ما لا يحتمل مثله، وأنه لا يأمن أن
يفتك الناس به لكراهتهم فيه، فعندما صار بجامع القلعة، نقل للتاج أن الهروي ما أراد بتحوله من القبة
إلى القلعة إلا القرب من خواص السلطان، ليتمكن منهم، حتى يشفعوا له عند السلطان في خلاصه،
فبادر ونقله من جامع القلعة إلى موضع يشرف على المطبخ السلطاني.l

Al-Harawī was brought from his prison at the tower to the Madrasa al-Ṣāliḥīya, between the two palaces, with amir al-Tāj. There the three chief judges, with Shaykh al-ʾIslām Qāḍī al-quḍāt Jalāl al-Dīn al-Bulqīnī had gathered, at the entrance hall. Al-Harawī was placed beneath the ʾiwān and amir al-Tāj summoned him, with Shaykh Shihāb al-Dīn ʾAḥmad b. Ḥajar -in presence of the chief judges- ? at the session of the sultan, and he answered that he had brought some things of what he had to bring and that he would bring the rest of it bit by bit. Al-Tāj asked for the judgement of God in this case and ordered to imprison him, until there was more evidence about him. He was brought to the Qubbat al-Ṣāliḥ and imprisoned there. He was guarded by a group that supervised him and stayed there until 28/04. Then he was brought from the Qubba to the citadel, while complaining loudly, that he was brought there because of the insults of the people, that they did not suffer as him, and that he feared that the people would kill him because of their hatred towards him. While he was brought to the mosque of the castle, al-Tāj was informed that al-Harawī did not want to be transferred from the Qubba to the citadel unless near the khawāṣṣ of the sultan, to command them, so that they could intervene for him with the sultan for his release. He agreed and he was transferred from the mosque of the citadel to a place close to the kitchens of the sultan.
