There is a discordance in the mamlaka of Malaṭīya. Is it a mamlaka on its own, or a city in a region ? Therefore, we mention its nāʾib together with the rest of the nāʾibs, and not with the group of kāfils, although the office of nāʾib of Malaṭīya used to be executed by prominent.
