وأما الناصري فإنه لما وصل إلى مدينة بلبيس قبض عليه وقيد وحمل إلى الإسكندرية واحتاط محمود شاد الدوارين على أمواله بحلب.
ومن يومئذ أخذ أمر الملك الظاهر في إدبار بقبضه على الأمير يلبغا الناصري بغير ذنب.

Amir Yalbughā al-Nāṣirī has been arrested when he arrived in Bilbays, and put in chains, and brought to Alexandria. Maḥmūd, shādd al-dawāwīn, placed his goods in Aleppo under supervision.
From that day, the power of al-malik al-Ẓāhir began to decline because the arrest of amir Yalbughā al-Nāṣirī was not caused by any fault.
