On the day of the festival of the sacrifice amir Bīlīk al-Muḥammadī left Cairo to bring back amir Kumushbughā al-Ḥamawī al-Yalbughāwī, governor of Aleppo. The sultan also sent amir Tamurbughā al-Manjakī to take to Syria a large sum of money for distribution among the syrian forces and to dispatch them to ʿAyn Tāb to make war upon Minṭāsh.
