The Sultan the conferred upon amir Ḥusām al-Dīn al-Kujkunī, former governor of al-Karak, the ʾiqṭāʿ of ʾArghūn al-ʿUthmānī al-Bajmaqdār, governor of Alexandria; this ʾiqṭāʿ was that of a commander of 1000 in Cairo.
