الخامسة إمرة سلاح وأصل موضوعها حمل السلاح للسلطان في المجامع الجامعة وصاحبها هو المقدم على السلاح دارية من المماليك السلطانية والمتحدث في السلاح خاناه السلطانية وما يستعمل لها ويقدم إليها ولا يكون إلا واحدا من الأمراء المقدمين.
Summary
The fifth military official. He is charged with carrying the weapons of the sultan on all assemblies. Its lord is the commander of the silāḥdārīya among the sultanic mamlūks and he is responsible for the sultanic silāḥkhānā, what is used of it and what is presented to it. There is only one amir of 100 ʾamīr silāḥ.
