The sixth of the eight niyābas of the mamlaka of Aleppo, which are in the Bilād al-Tughūr wa l-ʿAwāṣim, outside the Syrian borders, belonging to the military wālīs al-ʾumūr. Its nāʾib is a muqaddam ʾalf, and its appointment comes from the sultanic gates with a marsūm sharīf.
