Summary
This amir is the commander (muqaddam) of the silāḥdārīya and he is charged with the carrying of the weapons of the sultan during all assemblies. He is responsible for the silāḥkhānā (weaponry), and what is employed in it, what is presented to it and what is taken from it. He always belongs to the amirs of 100.
