ثم في سادس عشرينه خلع السلطان الملك المنصور على الأمير يلبغا الناصري باستقراره أتابك العساكر بالديار المصرية وأن يكون مدبر المملكة وعلى الأمير ألطنبغا الجوباني باستقراره رأس نوية الأمراء وظيفة بركة الجوباني وعلى الأمير قرادمرداش الأحمدي وأستقر أمير سلاح وعلى الأمير أحمد بن يلبغا واستقر أمير مجلس على عادته أولًا وعلى الأمير تمرباي الحسني واستقر حاجب الحجاب وخلع على القضاة الثلاثة باستمرارهم وهم: القاضي شمس الدين محمد الطرابلسي والقاضي جمال الدين عبد الرحمن بن خير المالكي والقاضي ناصر الدين نصر الله الحنبلي ولم يخلع على قاضي القضاة ناصر الدين ابن بنت ميلق الشافعي لتوعكه ثم خلع على القاضي صدر الدين المناوي مفتي دار العدل وعلى القاضي بدر الدين محمد بن فضل الله كاتب السر الجميع باستمرارهم.

The 26th. Sultan al-malik al-Manṣūr invested amir Yalbughā al-Nāṣirī with a robe of honor and appointed him commander-in-chief of the armies of Egypt, ordering also that he should be regent of the government (mudabbir al-mamlaka). He similarly appointed amir ʾAlṭunbughā al-Jūbānī head of the corps of the amirs (raʾs nawbat al-ʾumarāʾ), the office previously held by Baraka al-Jūbānī; Qarā Damurdāsh al-ʾAḥmadī, amir of the arms; ʾAḥmad ibn Yalbughā, amir of the council, as he had been before; and Tamurbāy al-Ḥasanī, great chamberlain. He also invested three of the judges and retained them in their offices, namely Shams al-Dīn Muḥammad al-Ṭarābulusī, Hanafite; Jamāl al-Dīn ʿAbd al-Raḥmān ibn Khayr, Malikite; Nāṣir al-Dīn Naṣr Allāh, Hanbalite; the chief judge of the Shafiites, Nāṣir al-Dīn ibn Bint Maylaq, was not similarly invested, because he was sick. He next invested and retained in office judge Ṣadr al-Dīn al-Munāwī, jurisconsult (muftī) of the Palace of Justice (Dār al-ʿAdl), and judge Badr al-Dīn Muḥammad ibn Faḍl Allāh, confidential secretary.
