During his days, scarcity increased and the prices rose. In the face of all this, however, he didn’t come up with anything. Whether yes or not he was present in the government was all alike! He was an absolute negative. Neither could he read nor spell. He didn’t even know how to sign manāshīr or marāsīm properly, unless there was a tracing (made for him before). His writing was poor.
